Our Application Process
HOW WE IDENTIFY THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
We want to make sure that every new team member fits perfectly to us – and vice versa.
Step 1: Application
If you would like to become part of the journey to more sustainable mobility, apply with all relevant documents (cover letter, CV, references and certificates). Above all, we are interested in your personality and motivation to work for TWAICE. What shaped your path and made you the ideal candidate for TWAICE? Applications are always welcome even if no corresponding position is posted – we are growing rapidly and new jobs are being created regularly.
Step 2: Phone Interview
If your application has made us curious, we will conduct a telephone interview to clarify the mutual expectations and get a better impression. Usually, the conversation lasts about 30 minutes and is mainly used to gain a better understanding of your motivation and experience for the job. Of course, we introduce ourselves as an employer and the position in detail again and answer all of your questions.
Step 3: Code Challenge
For all coding positions, there is a coding challenge. This assignment allows you to demonstrate your skills and convince us on a technical level. The time effort for these assignments is limited and your work is not used beyond the recruiting process.
Step 4: Personal Interviews
Next, we invite you to our office. This personal conversation is not only about assessing your skills, motivation, and qualifications. We rather want to give you an insight into our company and working atmosphere in order to determine your personal fit. Depending on the open position, you talk to one or two potential colleagues.
Step 5: Founder-Review or -Interview
We are a young and dynamic team with little hierarchies, so it is important for our founders to get to know every new employee. This is done either in a briefing and review with your interviewers from step 3 or as part of a personal interview.
Step 6: Offer
You made it! All hurdles are taken and we make you an offer. In this, you will find all the details about your employment and the associated benefits. Now it is time for us to wait for your answer.
Step 7: Start at TWAICE
We try to make your start at TWAICE as easy as possible. Therefore, we have prepared detailed documentation for all processes and offer a lot of personal coaching, especially at the beginning. For this purpose, a special tandem partner will be assigned, who will help you with all questions.
