About the role

Customer Success at TWAICE aspires to help our customers to accelerate their transition to E-Mobility & green energy, leveraging the power of the TWAICE Predictive Analytics Platform. To this end, TWAICE invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers. The Customer Success team is committed to empowering customers, gaining maximum value from our products, and ensuring contract renewals and growth. This exciting role requires excellent Python skills and the motivation to accelerate our customer onboarding processes. You will be an early member of a small and growing team, with the opportunity to work closely together with our customers. You will gain a deep understanding of our solutions to help our customers be successful and achieve their goal of a battery-powered future.

Your daily business will involve

   

  • Implement analytics tools in Python to accelerate the customer onboarding process
  • Interact with our Cloud experts and the AWS environment
  • Improve our existing AWS IoT codebase
  • Support our Customer Success Team to guide customers through complex IT implementations for data transfer and integration of our analytics platform
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain data pipelines of our customers to the TWAICE cloud
  • Gather customer feedback and requirements to contribute to product development and efficiently work with our product team
 

Your profile

   

  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented Python, previous experience with following libraries is an advantage: pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Requests, Boto3, Matplotlib or Plotly 
  • Experience with REST APIs and GIT
  • Good understanding Implement analytics tools in Python to accelerate the customer onboarding process
  • Interact with our Cloud experts and the AWS environment
  • Improve our existing AWS IoT codebase
  • Support our Customer Success Team to guide customers through complex IT implementations for data transfer and integration of our analytics platform
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain data pipelines of our customers to the TWAICE cloud
  • Gather customer feedback and requirements to contribute to product development and efficiently work with our product team of database functionalities, SQL, networks etc.
