Your daily business will involve

  • Lead engagements with our automotive customers, managing complex implementations - You will serve as the central point of communication for the project status, progress toward milestones, and status of project issues and risks
  • Synthesize and share key customer feedback internally with our product teams to help shape our product roadmap
  • Identify growth opportunities and risks of churn, you proactively work to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Maintain the ongoing relationship with each of our clients to align the use of each solution with the client's defined business goals and desired outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales team to push for expansions and new opportunities
  • Train new users and ensure continuous value creation for them
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop industry-leading processes and best practices for customer success
  • Up to 30% travel for customer meetings or trade shows

Your profile

  • 4 + of  and project management experience in the automotive sector 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering or Science  
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers  
  • Proven ability to operate in a customer-focused environment and advocate for customers in a cross functional organization 
  • Strong sensitivity for customers and a passion for revenue and growth; strong understanding of value driven business models with recurring revenues 
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams 
  • Demonstrated success in establishing relationships at various levels in a customer organization
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Direct experience in the battery industry, eMobility, or a related field would be preferred
  • B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience would be advantageous
