About the role

Our customer success team at TWAICE empowers our customers to gain the most value of our offerings, turning deep battery knowledge into actionable insights and enable them to go their journey to an electrified world faster. Your impact is accelerating their transition by short time to value. You will work closely together with our customers during the launch and set-up of our TWAICE solutions using existing tools as well as configuring and adapting our TWAICE solutions to customer needs. You will deliver pro-active services to existing customers and leverage our internal analytics knowledge. You are the customer’s technical advocate for our products within TWAICE. This role requires technical acumen as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will gain deep understanding of TWAICE’s product and technologies to help our customers be successful and achieve their goals. In this position you will be part of the Customer Success Team and you will work closely with our Product and Sales Team.

Your daily business will involve

  • Lead the technical launch of our battery simulation model products to customers 
  • Train new customers on our battery simulation model products and bring them into product usage  
  • Ensure our customers are successful with our products and proactively support them with their use cases 
  • Gather customer feedback and needs to contribute to product development and efficiently work with our product team  
  • Support the engineering team in the development and implementation of new battery models and model fitting approaches 
  • Take over organization and implementation of customer change requests 
  • Develop deep product expertise with the TWAICE battery simulation models and apply it to help solving our customers’ most challenging problems 
  • Up to 20% travel to customer sites 

Your profile

  • Master’s Degree or higher in a STEM discipline  
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer-facing technical roles 
  • MATLAB/Simulink experience is mandatory  
  • Professional industry experience in the field of lithium-ion batteries, battery modeling, EVs or Electrical Energy Storage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at a time and drive them to successful completion  
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executive management and large audiences 
  • Experience in developing products in an agile environment is a plus 
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented
