About the role

The world is rapidly electrifying. New vehicles and energy systems are heavily relying on batteries and require the right solutions to succeed. TWAICE is leading the market of battery analytics solutions and the world should know about this. Join the Marketing team and develop our channels into a demand generation engine. We are looking for a Marketing Demand Generation Manager (m/f/d) that has strong experience in utilizing the marketing toolbox to its fullest extent. It will be your job to optimize what we are currently doing and develop the concept and structure to advance our marketing to the next level.

Your daily business will involve

  • Develop full-funnel demand-generation programs including campaign design, channel selection, messaging, content, budgets, and forecasts to support revenue goals
  • Manage the demand marketing execution at  TWAICE by delivering key messages through all relevant channels, incl. website, social media, and ads
  • Define personas, customer insights, and journeys and develop the value proposition and most effective key messages, channels incl. its formats
  • Develop outbound and inbound programs including email, paid media, paid social, webinars, podcasts, content marketing, and account-based targeting to build upper-funnel brand awareness and demand, and subsequent lower-funnel lead capture to support SQL targets
  • Define the end-to-end lead management process, including lead capture, lead nurture, and service level agreements (for lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons, disqualification reasons, and follow up nurture stream
  • Innovate and adopt new technology. You’ll become obsessed with ensuring everything within your sphere of influence is completely automated and designed for scale. If new technology is required for efficiency, you will assess and acquire it
  • Manage and own the marketing tech stack and related systems, including administrative management of Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, WordPress, and other tools
  • Establish, monitor, report, and optimize campaign KPIs and ROI

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation for a SaaS organization
  • Experience in running global demand campaigns in the B2B market at a tech company preferred
  • Experience in enterprise marketing in a B2B subscription-based environment preferred
  • Experience in planning and executing enterprise marketing campaigns online as well as offline
  • Creative problem-solving skills and fundamental marketing knowledge combined with a highly data-driven approach
  • Large-scale organizational and project management skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and cross-functionally
  • Critical thinker, you don't take directives at face value; you consider the task at hand and offer constructive feedback to improve processes
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German and further languages are a plus
