How we identify the right candidate

We want to make sure that every new team member fits perfectly to us – and vice versa.

First Interview – Telephone call with HR & Recruiting

If your application has piqued our curiosity, we will set up a twenty-minute telephone interview to clarify mutual expectations and get to know you a bit better. The aim of this conversation is to find out more about your motivation and experience for the job. Not only that, of course – we introduce ourselves as a potential employer and explain the position in detail. And naturally, you can ask as many questions as you like.

Second Interview – Video call with Team Lead

This one-to-one conversation is about assessing your skills, motivation and qualifications. We will ask you some questions specifically related to the job. We also want to give you an insight into our company and working atmosphere in order to determine your personal fit. Again, this is your chance to ask more questions about the position and working at TWAICE.

Third Interview – Video call with Managing Director

TWAICE is a modern, dynamic company with flat hierarchies, so the management team are keen to get to know every new employee. At this stage, depending on the position you have applied for, you will have a short interview with one of our managing directors or heads of department

Start work at TWAICE

We try to make your start at TWAICE as easy as possible. Therefore, we have prepared detailed documentation for all processes and offer a lot of personal coaching, especially at the beginning. For this purpose, a special tandem partner will be assigned, who will help you with all questions.

Due to the amount of applications and interviews, we do not reimburse travel expenses.
