Rapid Operational Validation Initiative (ROVI)
Susan Babinec, Program Lead Grid Storage at Argonne, gave a presentation at the 2024 TWAICE Vision Summit titled “ROVI: The US Department of Energy´s plan to accelerate the transition from lab to mass deployment.”
Susan presented the ROVI goals of reducing the time between lab and mass deployment by 15x. As she pointed out "we are trying to expand the scale from very low early data to mature data".
