Track Warranty Conditions at a System Level
Warranty condition tracking is one of the most requested updates from our customers. The latest update includes the new TWAICE System Availability, as well as equivalent full cycles and State of Health at a system level. Get an overview of each metric and a visualization to track the development of these metrics over time.
Step-by-step: How the Warranty Tracker Works
- Provide us with the information in your warranty agreement or performance guarantee
- Compare your system’s current status against warranty conditions
- Get immediate insights into potential issues
Step 1: Track key metrics
The Warranty Tracker starts with a high-level overview, showing metrics at a system level.
System Availability (NEW): TWAICE calculates availability by analyzing the operational status of individual components within a BESS, such as strings and nodes. The time these components actively contribute to energy production is assessed and used to identify active and inactive components.
Equivalent Full Cycles: This represents the total number of full charge-discharge cycles that the battery has completed, which accumulates as the system is used.
State of Health: This is a measure of the current capacity of a BESS relative to its original capacity when it was commissioned, reflecting the overall degradation of the battery over time.
