Battery Quick Check Market Launch Successfully Completed
‍Hella Gutmann Solutions Restructures the Assessment of High-Voltage Batteries
Battery Quick Check is a product for the used vehicle market that reliably and independently determines the health and value of electric vehicle batteries. Battery Quick Check was developed by TĂśV Rheinland in collaboration with the battery specialist TWAICE over the past three years as part of a joint venture and was successfully launched in September 2023 in collaboration with Hella Gutmann Solutions.
In the future, TĂśV Rheinland will focus more strongly on the testing business and the application of measurement technology. TWAICE Technologies will also return its focus to its core business of developing battery analytics and simulations for car manufacturers and operators of stationary energy storage systems.
From 28 February 2025, the operation of battery assessment via Battery Quick Check will be discontinued.
Hella Gutmann Solutions has decided to take over the name Battery Quick Check from 1 March 2025 and will develop a new version of the battery assessment with newly designed content. This assessment will be carried out directly via the diagnostic device. Further information will be communicated by Hella Gutmann Solutions in due course.
